As part of Diversity Week, our colleagues from our Swedish brand IVT Värmepumpar in Tranås chose to celebrate togetherness in a very local way. Teams from across the site joined wellness and sports activities that focused on movement, shared experiences and time together outside the daily routine.   ⚽ One highlight was a friendly football tournament with other local companies. Our colleagues formed two mixed teams, bringing together different ages, departments and roles on the same pitch. Cheering from the sidelines was just as strong as the action on the field and one of our teams even took home the bronze medal, turning the day into a real team moment.   🏃‍♀️ Later in the week, around 140 colleagues laced up their running shoes for a local 5 km race with about 1,000 participants. After crossing the finish line, everyone came together for a relaxed picnic in the evening sun and celebrated a new course record set by one of our interns (15 minutes and 38 seconds!), showing how individual achievements and team spirit can go hand in hand.   ☀️ The week ended with a summer party on site, rounding off days filled with joy, encouragement and a strong sense of community. At Bosch Home Comfort Group, local activities like these help our teams grow closer and create workplaces where everyone feels they belong.
