When Liliya Katsarova joined our company 27 years ago as a student and Java developer, she couldn’t have predicted where her path would lead. Through various roles in development, project management, and leadership, she has steadily built her expertise while always finding time to encourage and help others along the way. Today, she leads one of our Frontend & Mobile Development Chapters in Bulgaria and supports teams as an Agile Team Coach.   In her dual roles as Chapter Lead and Agile Team Coach, Lili is dedicated to creating a healthy environment built on trust, psychological safety, and continuous learning.   She believes that modern leadership comes with the responsibility to balance global strategy with local specifics, keeping an eye on technology trends and taking care of the business while leading with emotional intelligence and genuine care.   When asked what makes her feel she belongs at Bosch, her answer is simple: the inspiring people, shared successes, friendships, and values that make the company feel like home.   Her advice to the next generation of female talent:   "It is normal to have self-doubts at the beginning - everyone has them.
