Ursula Blaich (1930-2022) was one of Bosch’s first female department heads. Starting as an apprentice, she rose to become Head of HR at Bosch headquarters, at a time when women in leadership were rare.   She often spoke about being “the only woman in the room” and the resilience it took to be heard. But she also credited Bosch and its courageous leaders for trusting potential and enabling her career.   Thanks to pioneers like Ursula Blaich, Bosch has come a long way. Today, we continue to stand for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, creating an environment where everyone can grow and thrive.   👉 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dWtjnZmF
