Artificial intelligence will be the most influential technology in the coming years – that's what the majority of respondents in our global Bosch Tech Compass survey are convinced of. But what could this influence look like? What products and services will be at the technological forefront bringing added value to the people? These questions and more are being explored and answered by Bosch experts and partners at our Bosch ConnectedWorld in Berlin taking place June 10-11, 2026. From sensors to systems: At Bosch, we're pushing ahead with technologies for automation and robotics, providing comprehensive expertise and added value from a single source. In the robotics sector, we're combining proven technologies from various business sectors with visionary innovations to drive forward the industrial scaling of robotics – all the way to humanoids. In our strategy as leading supplier and partner for the "brain and nervous system" of modern automation and robotics, we're for example already enabling our Bosch Rexroth customers to combine driverless transport systems with high-precision robot arms that can take over tasks in existing processes in a stable and flexible manner. When it comes to giving robots a sense of touch, our tiny MEMS sensors come into play. They are the key to enabling robots to handle objects with the necessary finesse and react sensitively to physical contact. And with AI being the engine that gives automation and robotics new capabilities, we're benefiting from a vast data base from over 230 Bosch plants worldwide from which we're developing the intelligent automation solutions of the future.
