He wanted to secure the company's future by entering new business fields. Over time, power tools, home appliances, thermotechnology, and even medical technology were added. In the 1980s, Bosch also entered the telecommunications business. His motto still drives us today: "Grow through our own efforts, remain independent, and enter new business areas."
