Enterprise AI has entered a new era. The conversation is no longer about whether organisations should adopt AI, It is about how they govern it, who is accountable for it, and how they can scale it responsibly while maintaining trust and control.   At GITEX AI EUROPE 2026, Bosch Global Software Technologies joined industry leaders to discuss the next phase of enterprise AI. From AI sovereignty and Europe's dependence on hyperscalers to trustworthy AI, one message stood out: responsible governance is the foundation for AI at scale.   Across the two-day event, discussions consistently highlighted that organizations have moved beyond AI pilots to enterprise-wide deployment. The discussion highlighted that while the EU AI Act establishes the obligation for trustworthy AI, enterprises must define how fairness is implemented in practice.
