Last week Jaco took on one of the world’s most demanding challenges: the Comrades Marathon, the iconic 87 km ultramarathon in South Africa. Preparing for this race requires months of discipline, careful planning, and resilience — balancing intense training (up to 50–80 km per week) with work and personal life.
