Our New ECD Looks Good On The Dance Floor We're excited to announce Simon Cooper has been promoted to Executive Creative Director. Since joining in 2024, Simon has helped shape some of our biggest and most ambitious work on Ford Motor Company, raised the creative bar across the agency, and become a hugely valued leader and teammate. His new role will see him working even more closely with Paddy Smith to drive creative excellence across the agency as we continue to build out social-first creative campaigns for our clients.
