Our CCO, Abbey M., was in Barcelona last week at Shoptalk Europe, talking about how discovery is being rewritten by entertainment, content and commerce. Abbey was joined by leaders from Pinterest, TikTok Shop and Reddit, Inc. to unpack what’s really changing: people aren’t shopping in a linear way anymore; they’re discovering through feeds, creators, communities and culture in real time. A few takeaways that stood out: > Employees, creators and consumers are now all part of the media ecosystem > Confidence is the new currency - all platforms are helping clients feel more confident to buy > Participation vs control is the big mindset shift to get us there Brands don’t just need to be where people shop; they need to be in the feed, where people are already paying attention.
