The most common fundraising mistake booster clubs make isn't asking too much. It's stopping too soon. Volunteers hold back because they don't want to seem pushy. So they send one email, post once on Facebook, and wait. Meanwhile their donors — who are busy, distracted, and well-intentioned — never followed through. Research consistently shows people need 5-7 touchpoints before taking action. That means most clubs are stopping at 1 or 2 and wondering why results are flat. The answer isn't a better fundraiser. It's more consistent promotion of the one you have. Keep going until your donors say stop. They rarely do. 📣
