Da anni lavoriamo a progetti di mobilità internazionale per l’inclusione di giovani di diverse nazionalità all’interno di percorsi di migrazione regolare e qualificata. In questo contesto prende avvio il Progetto Ghana, frutto della collaborazione con Confindustria Brescia e Umana S.p.A. Ciò che rende speciale l’iniziativa è la struttura del programma che prevede una prima fase di formazione tecnica e linguistica nel Paese di origine dei candidati, seguita dalla formazione diretta sul territorio bresciano. Bonomi Group ha supportato dall’inizio questo progetto e sarà pienamente coinvolto nell’operatività non appena i ragazzi entreranno nelle aziende, affiancati da tutor e colleghi che quotidianamente li accompagneranno: un passo importante in grado di generare valore condiviso e un ambiente inclusivo. Diamo quindi il benvenuto ai nuovi collaboratori, con l’augurio che questo sia solo l’inizio di un percorso ricco di soddisfazioni, opportunità e crescita reciproca. - For years, we have been working on international mobility projects aimed at fostering the inclusion of young people from different nationalities through structured pathways of regular and skilled migration. Within this framework, the Ghana Project has been launched, the result of a collaboration with Confindustria Brescia and Umana S.p.A. What makes this initiative particularly unique is the structure of the program, which includes an initial phase of technical and language training in the candidates’ country of origin, followed by hands-on training in the Brescia area. Bonomi Group has supported this project from the very beginning and will be fully involved in its implementation as soon as the participants join our companies. They will be supported by tutors and colleagues who will guide them on a daily basis: an important step capable of generating shared value and fostering an inclusive work environment.
