We are excited to share the progress from Step 3 of the Jarvis Repair pilot project, tested on the field at the Bonfiglioli plant in Forlì for the automated inspection of gearboxes. With just a single command after first alignment procedure, the robotic system conducts a visual analysis, detects potential defects, and automatically generates a detailed report complete with images. This automation has significantly reduced the average inspection time. Beyond boosting efficiency, validation tests recorded an impressive reduction in the overall human workload for the operator.
