We're excited to partner with Student Action with Farmworkers (SAF) for National Farmworker Awareness Week (NFAW)! 🤝 From March 25th to 31st, we join NFAW participants across the country to honor the labor and resilience of farmworkers while drawing attention to the inequities they continue to face. Initially launched by SAF in 1998, NFAW is observed on campuses and at institutions across the country to call attention to the issues faced by farmworkers in the United States. Bon Appétit is committed to using our platform to support farmworkers. We have partnered with SAF for over a decade to celebrate NFAW and increase awareness of the progress and struggles of the fight for their rights.
