I enjoy working with my department's prestigious colleagues,the executives of the SOCIETY OF ANIMAL PRODUCTION AND HEALTH STUDENTS of the great Federal University of Technology Akure since when we've all been voted for to serve. One thing I've observed and learned while still serving is that we don't really know how our leaders are doing or going through things until we put ourselves in their shoes. Because, I remembered instances when I and some other people talked about previous tenures before we got there how they should have done things differently which is just based on only things we hear even though they are trying their best.. This post service taught me that we need look at our leaders from different perspectives rather than evaluating them solely on the basis of the error of Hasty generalization.
