W o r k s h o p  Our colleague and partner at B+G, Angela Feldmann, will be speaking at the upcoming Change Management Workshop organised by the BayIka women’s network ingenieurinnen@bayika. Although gender parity among engineering students has improved significantly in recent years, women remain underrepresented in many areas of professional practice, particularly in leadership roles. The workshop will explore potential causes and focus on developing practical approaches to overcome existing barriers and drive sustainable structural change. Together with Katharina Wolgast and Franziska Roos from Attitude Building Collective (ABC), Angela will contribute to an interactive programme that encourages discussion, collaboration, and the exchange of experiences and perspectives.
