As part of the Erasmus+ program, our apprentices Ben and Vanessa had the opportunity to spend three weeks each at our subsidiaries BOLLFILTER Nordic ApS Nordic and BOLLFILTER ESPAÑA SL. For both of them, this meant stepping into a new work environment, navigating different languages and ways of working, and organizing everyday life far from their usual routines. In short: leaving their comfort zones and embracing new experiences. Erasmus+ is a European Union funding program that enables young people to complete parts of their vocational training or studies abroad. Its goal is to strengthen international collaboration, foster intercultural skills, and encourage the confidence to explore new paths. We are very proud of how well Ben and Vanessa made use of this opportunity. Alongside a few personal challenges they had to overcome, both spent an intensive and enriching time in our international teams, built new connections, broadened their perspectives, and brought back many valuable insights.
