Last week, Brendan O'Reilly, our CEO in Europe joined Dublin Tech Summit for a panel on ‘Engineering in the Age of AI: How to Stay Relevant’. The conversation didn't hold back. AI is already rewriting the rules of day-to-day engineering. We see it already in coding agents, AI-assisted development, faster prototyping, smarter onboarding and new ways of structuring teams. It's happening now. But the biggest shift isn’t technical, it’s operational. Most organisations aren't struggling the capability of AI. They're struggling with how to deploy it responsibly, securely and at scale. And that's where the real competitive edge lies. Not in the models themselves, but in the networks, systems and controls that make them work in the real world. A fantastic discussion with fellow panellists Dorothy Creaven and Josh Builder, moderated by Ryan Woods, at one of Europe’s leading technology conferences.
