Boiron’s Strategic Planning Meeting is above all a key moment: a time when our country managers come together to share, challenge, and build what comes next collectively. In a rapidly changing environment, these discussions are essential to: connect field realities across our different markets strengthen the consistency of our global strategy and spark concrete initiatives, closer to patients’ needs. Beyond presentations and figures, the SPM is above all a space for open and demanding dialogue , where ideas are challenged, visions aligned, and a strong collective dynamic takes shape.
