Welcome to #Böllhoff, everyone! 39 new colleagues from all over Germany and Austria got to know Böllhoff and each other a little better: at our well-established welcome event “Böllhoff Inside” in May. It was a lively day full of insights, encounters, and activities! 🔩 Through guided tours of our premises and presentations of various departments, our new colleagues got to see firsthand what makes Böllhoff special. From development to production, from the people that shape our company to the Böllhoff brand. 🤝 In interactive breakout sessions in small groups, participants also explored our values and company culture, our “Böllhoff Way”. 🎓 As a special highlight, our Managing Partner Michael W. Böllhoff took the time to share personal insights into the company’s history, our vision and future plans. Lots of interesting stories and first-hand insights guaranteed! 🍽 A Culinary City Tour rounded off the day as the Grand Finale. In two groups, our new colleagues discovered downtown Bielefeld with stops at selected restaurants and a three-course meal to enjoy. A great conclusion to what has hopefully been an unforgettable day! A warm welcome to all our new colleagues, we are thrilled to have you with us!
