Honeycombs are for more than just beehives! Instead of beeswax, we're using a lightweight, strong synthetic material called aramid to build a honeycomb core, which could be used in aircraft interiors and even on satellites in outer space. #TeamBoeing engineer Eileen, who helped lead the development of our new honeycomb core, knows first-hand the strength of aramid.
