To the Moon and back. After venturing around the Moon and farther into space than any humans before, the Artemis II astronauts have safely returned to Earth. The crew’s 10-day lunar journey tested systems, captured data and helped build the foundation to carry us back to the Moon’s surface and beyond. From launch on NASA’s Space Launch System to splashdown and recovery, this is what it looks like when we challenge ourselves to go farther, together.
