Opening in 2027, our new 136-unit aparthotel transforms a former WWII bunker site into a sustainable urban oasis. Because we love local storytelling, the design is a massive tribute to Stuttgart’s heritage, featuring automotive nods to Gottlieb Daimler, tropical wallpaper inspired by the Wilhelma Zoo, and regional travertine stone. Even better? We’re partnering with premium fitness brand FITSEVENELEVEN, who will run a massive 550-sqm gym on the ground floor for guests and locals alike. This is a huge milestone in our expansion push across the DACH region, with 12 new properties on the horizon.
