BM recently conducted a receptionist training programme to support front-office teams in building stronger communication, customer service, and professional etiquette skills. Receptionists are the first face of an organisation, and their role is key in creating a welcoming, organised, and positive experience for every visitor. This training was an important step in strengthening service delivery from the very first point of contact.
