On June 16, we had the honor of recognizing Mike Bush at our Springfield plant for an extraordinary 50 years of service—a rare and remarkable achievement. His impact goes far beyond his day-to-day work—it's reflected in the people he’s supported, the standards he’s upheld and the legacy he continues to build.
