Yesterday, I had Geoff Woods on for a live webinar, and I learned that he might just be the most practical AI thinker I've had on yet. Thank you to everyone who joined Andrew D'Souza and I for this one. Geoff wrote "The AI-Driven Leader" and has spent enough time inside boardrooms to know the difference between what leaders say they're doing with AI and what's actually happening on the ground. That gap was basically this entire conversation. But my favourite moment is in the clip below. Geoff shares a prompting technique that sounds almost too simple. Instead of asking AI for an answer right away, you ask it to interview you first. "Interview me. Ask me one question at a time, up to three questions, to gain deeper context." I talk to thousands of people everyday, so I can tell you firsthand: the ones getting the most out of AI are the ones who give it something real to work with before asking it to perform. If you're a founder who feels like you're underusing AI, you got to watch this livestream. The full link is in the comments!
