BNP Paribas has supported the Ministry of Finance of Romania on a debut €900 million term loan, backed by K-SURE, the Korean Export Credit Agency (ECA).   The transaction marks the first ECA-backed financing for the Ministry of Finance of Romania, supporting its diversification of funding sources and debt management optimisation strategy.
