[PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT] EXEO Campus wins four major distinctions in Portugal 🏆 🙌 We are proud to announce that BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Property Development teams have been awarded three major recognitions for the EXEO Campus in Lisbon. 📍 Located in Parque das Nações, one of Lisbon’s leading business districts, EXEO is a 38,000 sqm office campus spread across two buildings — AURA and ECHO — and today hosts the new headquarters of BNP Paribas in Portugal. Co-developed with AVENUE Real Estate Portugal (Aermont Group), EXEO is a next-generation office campus combining architecture, landscaping and user-centric design, created to meet the expectations of the most demanding occupiers. 🏅 At the Real Estate Awards 2026, organized by Magazine Imobiliário, EXEO Campus was recognised in two categories: ▶️ Best Development of the Year – Offices ▶️ Award for Excellence in Efficiency & Sustainability 🏅 At the same time, the ECHO and AURA buildings achieved LEED Platinum Core & Shell certification, with the highest LEED score ever achieved in Portugal — and making it the first LEED Platinum–certified development in Portugal. 🌱 EXEO embodies BNP Paribas Real Estate’s sustainability commitments, both in its construction and its integrated low-carbon mobility approach.
