Once a year, our management team heads off for a workshop retreat – a moment to reflect on the past year, spark new ideas, and shape our shared vision for the future. This time, we found ourselves in the idyllic Hofstetten near Brienz. Between lively discussions and strategic topics, there was also room for something completely different: wood carving! 🪵🐄 At the Trauffer Switzerland experience world, we got to test our craftsmanship and create our very own little wooden cows – not as easy as it sounds, but definitely full of fun and creativity.
