Just had our June Rippling SC All Hands and we keep running out of time because there's too many great people doing impactful work in our org! We spend about half the time recognizing the people going above-and-beyond and then the other half having SCs teach other SCs the best of what's been working for them, and it's always so inspiring. I've loved getting to celebrate these folks more publicly the last few months so I'm going to keep it up! Ross Mackay, Erlis Martinez Mythic Managers 🦁: new this month, recognizing the SC managers who stood out in going above and beyond to build their teams and Rippling as a business - Don Doidge, SPHR, Jady Angeli You may also have noticed that several of the folks who are Top Guns are ALSO being nominated by their peers and leaders for additional recognition, which I love because it means that they're not just satisfied with their own success, they're scaling what they do to help others grow as well. Plus there's a TON of names here of folks that have been at Rippling for less than a year, and some for less than 6 months 🤯 . This is the type of place where you can dive right in and start having an impact, and these folks are doing so in wonderful ways. I'm grateful every day to get work with all of you!
