BlueCallom Night brought together around 100 guests to discuss Enterprise AI and the future of work. The evening featured strong talks, good conversations, and valuable networking. What stood out was not only the quality of the speakers, but also the range of topics discussed. Enterprise AI was not seen only as a technology topic. It was also discussed in relation to leadership, business models, collaboration, and the way people will work in the future. One point became very clear throughout the evening. AI creates the most value when it helps people focus on higher-value work. It should not be seen only as a tool for efficiency. It also changes how companies work, make decisions, and grow. The talks and discussions reflected this broader view. Guests spoke about innovation, scaling, go-to-market, employability, leadership, and the role of people in organizations. Another important topic was the role of ecosystems, partnerships, and structured networking in an AI-driven business world. That also shaped the atmosphere of the event. BlueCallom Night was more than a series of presentations. It brought together founders, consultants, engineers, investors, leaders, and AI enthusiasts to exchange ideas and start new conversations. We thank all speakers (Lea Fäh, Christian Weh, Axel Schultze, Carsten Sudhoff, Heinrich Zetlmayer, Klaus S., Florian Kollmeier 付鑫) , guests, and contributors for making BlueCallom Night such a valuable event. #BlueCallom #EnterpriseAI #FutureOfWork #AgenticAI #BlueCallomAIAcademy Chiara Sophia Schlichtherle Marita Schultze Dunja Hahn Matthias Reiser Dino Smuc Soraya S.
