#Marketing Executive – Fire Fighting Maintenance & Installation Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type Full-Time #KeyResponsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Fire Fighting Maintenance and Installation services. Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to commercial, residential, industrial, and government clients. Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation team. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, property developers, facility management companies, and building owners. Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and sales pipeline. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction projects. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. #Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of sales or marketing experience in Fire Fighting Systems, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Maintenance in the UAE. Knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Annual Maintenance Contracts is preferred. Familiarity with UAE Civil Defense regulations is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
