Redundancy can be one of the most challenging transitions in a career. Not just professionally, but personally too. The confidence dip. The identity shift. The feeling of re-entering a market that has changed while you've been away. Most support jumps straight to CVs, applications and tactics. But often what people need first is space to process what's happened and get clear on what comes next. If that resonates with you or someone you know, Avenir Pathways has launched Future Reset®, a new programme for mid-career women and gender-diverse professionals from the marketing and creative industries who have recently experienced redundancy.
