If you’re a senior male leader, or you know someone who is, and you’re open to honest conversations, challenging perspectives and actively contributing to a more equal industry, this is for you. The Exchange by Bloom, in partnership with our friends at Male Allies UK, is a 6-month, two-way mentoring programme designed to bring men and women together to explore gender dynamics in a practical way and drive meaningful change in the workplace. Participants are matched in pairs and take part in: 🌸 3 in-person sessions 🌸 Monthly mentoring conversations 🌸 Open, honest dialogue that leads to action The impact is tangible: - 83% increased understanding of gender issues - 70% more confidence to drive change - Real implementation of equity-driven initiatives We’re looking for senior male leaders ready to show up as active allies. Applications are open to current Bloom women only, specifically those in influential roles, open-minded and committed to driving change through dialogue.
