Some ideas have the power to change lives. For Diya Sanjay and Sara Rajwani, that idea became Elevare Education. Founded while they were still in Year 11, Elevare Education was created to help migrant students navigate the academic and social challenges of settling into a new school environment. Through mentoring, mindset coaching and transition support, they’ve now supported hundreds of students, built an online community and reached thousands more through digital engagement. Their work has already been recognised in the Western Australian Parliament, named as a finalist in the 2025 WA Innovator of the Year Awards and most recently, they were awarded the Awards Australia Outstanding School Student Award at the 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards. Their journey began as participants in one of Bloom’s school entrepreneurship programs, where they first explored how they could turn a problem they cared deeply about into a meaningful solution. Since then, it’s been a privilege to continue supporting them as they grow, connecting them with opportunities, celebrating their milestones and watching their impact continue to expand. Diya and Sara are a reminder of what’s possible when young people are empowered to back their ideas and build solutions that make a difference. Congratulations on this well deserved recognition. We can’t wait to see what’s next. Perth Modern School Perth Modern High School Elevare Education
