We’re excited to welcome Elsbeth (Elly) to the BCA family as our new Executive Assistant! Elly brings more than 15 years of experience supporting leaders and teams across the healthcare, corporate and defence sectors. Most recently, she worked alongside the President of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand. What really caught our attention during the recruitment process was an audio introduction Elly included with her application. It was thoughtful and gave us an immediate sense of the person behind the impressive resume. Her experience at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and Eye Surgery Consultants saw her supporting patients through their surgical journeys and building strong connections with people from all walks of life. Elly also brings a strong record of community involvement, having volunteered with FareShare Australia for eight years. Fun fact: Elly is also a former New Zealand Young Playwright of the Year!
