When a serious train accident hit Southern Jutland on August 15 2025, DSB's investigating officer streamed live video from the scene straight to the crisis team using IncidentShare. 🚆👀 The result: no guessing from radio reports, no relying on social media. The team saw immediately how serious the accident was and could move fast on replacement buses. "Seeing the situation with your own eyes says more than a thousand words," says Mogens Grøndahl, Deputy Manager and Emergency Response Specialist at DSB's Operations Center. DSB has used IncidentShare since early 2025, both daily and in acute incidents like this one. 💪 Their take: "Video verifies.
