A brand is one of the most corporately intimate things you can work on with an outside team. It reflects your values, your vision, and where you're heading. Getting it right requires honesty, trust, and a genuine connection between the people in the room. That's why chemistry matters so much in a branding partnership. Because no matter how strong the credentials, if there's no match between what you need and the people delivering it, the work suffers. That human factor is something we think about a lot at Blend. The best projects we've been part of have always been built on relationships where both sides genuinely get each other. Working with Gonzalo Alonso and Adam Smith at Ditto was exactly that.
