This week, 21 Latinas and allies across Blackhawk Network came together globally to attend the Latinas in Tech Conference, creating space to grow, connect, and lead with authenticity.   Led by BHN’s Employee Resource Group, AHORA, this experience was more than conference attendance--it was a powerful reminder to live in our truth, own our stories, and recognize that our identity is not something to minimize, but something to celebrate.   Throughout the sessions, these women reflected on themes that deeply resonated:   -Investing in themselves and prioritizing self-care -Embracing ambition without waiting for permission -Finding confidence in their voice, experience, and heritage -Seeing cultural identity and bilingualism as strengths -Building community, representation, and belonging across geographies and roles   The impact was clear: this was a moment of empowerment, reflection, and connection. From financial wellness and career growth to heritage as a professional asset, the conversations inspired attendees to advocate for themselves, support one another, and continue opening doors for others.   We are proud to amplify these women and grateful to AHORA for creating opportunities that help our employees feel seen, valued, and empowered. When we invest in community and identity, we help shape a stronger future for all.
