Day 2 of Black Swan Summit India in Bhubaneswar brought a clear focus to execution. The day featured milestone moments with the presence of Hon’ble President of India Smt. From the BharatNetra opening session outlining Odisha’s roadmap for digital finance and global fintech leadership, to high-impact discussions on AI-led governance, digital public infrastructure, capital flows and the future of work, the sessions reflected a clear intent to build scalable, secure and trusted systems. Conversations on women’s entrepreneurship, skills and digital inclusion reinforced a growth model anchored in access, capability and participation. A defining milestone was the signing of the Sovereign AI Park MoU with Sarvam AI, signalling a long-term commitment to secure, innovation-ready AI infrastructure. Across sessions, a consistent message emerged: fintech, AI and digital finance must deepen trust, expand economic agency and deliver real-world impact through effective deployment, skilling and inclusion.
