BLACK SNO: a design studio exploring objects For most of my life I have designed buildings. Architecture taught me about proportion, structure, and the quiet power of simple materials. Over time, I became increasingly interested in something smaller. Objects that live much closer to the human body. Chairs. Tables. Forms you touch every day. BLACK SNO explores objects at the intersection of architecture, furniture, and sculpture. The work is influenced by Nordic restraint and the landscapes of the North, where materials are honest, forms are simple, and objects are built to endure. Our first piece, Mutka, is a study in a single continuous gesture. A form that bends through space to create both structure and seat. More to come.
