Big news, and a big welcome. 🦋 Congratulations to Lauren Idoko, our new Vice President of Program Strategy and Impact. Since joining BGC in 2022, Lauren has grown our College & Careers community and built the partnerships that open real doors in tech for young women of color. Now she'll lead the strategy behind our redesigned program model: a culturally responsive tech education lifecycle from elementary school through early career. In her words: "We have both the urgency and the opportunity to redesign for the world that is emerging." We couldn't agree more. Congratulations, Lauren.
