How can design make a real difference in water‑stressed cities? A student project from our faculty has been recognised with an award for its innovative approach to water use in Los Angeles. The design achieves an impressive 84% reduction in drinking water consumption at neighbourhood scale. By combining circular thinking with practical interventions, from alternative water sources to integrated systems in the urban fabric, the project offers a compelling vision for more resilient urban living.
