According to research by Gravity Research [1], mentions of “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” across Fortune 100 communications dropped by 98% between 2023 and 2025. For us, this is a reminder that inclusion was never meant to be a trend or a communications strategy. It is reflected in the choices organizations make every day — who gets heard, who gets funded, who gets opportunities, and who feels they belong. This #PrideMonth, we are reflecting on the importance of continuing to build spaces where people can show up authentically, contribute meaningfully, and feel seen — not only in moments when these conversations are widely embraced, but also when they become quieter. With that in mind, this year, we wanted to raise our voice to uplift a few ecosystem players from the LGBTQ+ community tech, investment and VC space that deserve some shine during this month and beyond, both locally and abroad. Huge shout out to those like Out Investors, Ben Stokes (Chasing Rainbows), Mandy Potter (Misfit Ventures) and Naoufel Testaouni (QueerTech) and all others who stay true to themselves, while making an impact on an industry that needs it.
