Today, we announced that our Board of Directors has approved a plan to redomicile the company to the U.S. and move forward under a new name: Keel Infrastructure. The keel is the structural backbone of a vessel – the largely unseen but critical foundation that provides stability and converts energy into forward motion. This step supports our continued evolution into a North American digital infrastructure and energy company focused on building the infrastructure for the compute of the future.
