Three chains evaluated their post-quantum options and seem to have found a consensus. NEAR published a post-quantum signing roadmap that would let users rotate to quantum-resistant keys without changing account addresses. Stellar announced a Quantum Preparedness Plan to replace its current signature scheme with quantum-safe signing. BSC published a migration report evaluating a replacement for the algorithm securing its transaction signatures. All three apparently landed on the same NIST post-quantum algorithm: ML-DSA.
