I had no idea about Self MBA🎓 until it popped in my feed. I recently came across this term on Instagram, and as usual curiosity hit! Here's what I found: An MBA isn't a degree. It's a mindset shift. The idea was coined by Josh Kaufman, who argued that you don't need a ₹25 lakh fee, a 2-year commitment, or a CAT score to think like a business leader. I believe value creation, marketing, sales, finance, and systems thinking can all be learned on our own terms at our own pace. No entrance exam. No campus politics. No debt hanging over your head. Just me, the right resources, and the discipline to show up every day. The traditional MBA was built for a different era. The Self MBA is being built for right now.
