"As we head into the summer break, it feels like a good moment to pause and reflect. The first half of 2026 has been one of the most exciting chapters in our journey at Birn+Partners. We've expanded into France, welcomed new colleagues across Europe, and transformed our Swedish business with a new structure, a strengthened team, and a clear ambition for the future. We've also established a dedicated Cross-Nordic team, allowing us to support our Nordic clients even more seamlessly across borders. One milestone I am especially proud of is our partnership with SelectionF. Together, we continue to help more experienced women move into boardrooms and C-level positions, not because of quotas, but because exceptional talent deserves exceptional opportunities. Earlier this year, colleagues from 12 countries gathered in Spain for our annual conference. Different cultures, different markets, but one shared ambition: to build one of Europe's leading Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firms.
