In spring 2026, we surveyed 122 homecare providers about AI. 70% are already using it, with half adopting tools before 2025. When we asked why they adopted it, the most common answer wasn't cutting costs, saving timr or reducing admin. It was to improve the quality of care delivery. Did it work?
