Growing future leaders 💙 Recently, 30 participants from our emerging Visionary Leaders Program came together in Berlin for an intensive four-day workshop. They tackled a real business challenge, presented strategic recommendations to senior leaders, and explored key leadership topics including feedback, personal impact, and self-awareness. What makes the program unique is the combination of personal growth and strategic business development.
