📺 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗣𝗦𝗖 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿? 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. In this session, Patrick Bongartz and Marco Oliveira introduce BioThrust, explain the scientific principles of our ComfyCell bioreactor technology, and present a detailed review of our record-setting iPSC expansion proof-of-concept experiments. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:  • Up to 10x the gas transfer (O2 in, CO2 out) of other bioreactors  • No deadzones in the bioreactor, smooth and homogeneous flow  • Flexible design, compatible with a wide range of analytics and perfusion 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:  • Removed all gas transfer limits from fed-batch iPSC expansion - now purely nutrient limited  • World record iPSC expansion at 300mL and scale up to 2L: Up to 44 million iPSCs per mL  • Controlled aggregate sizes and full pluripotency maintained A big thank you to everyone who joined our European and US sessions.
